CYVRIX LIMITED is a UK managed IT and cybersecurity company, incorporated in August 2024 and registered in England and Wales. We look after the systems businesses depend on every day, and we work in a way that treats the client as someone entitled to understand their own environment.

We say when something is not needed
If you do not need the thing you are asking for, we tell you. A recommendation nobody can defend is not worth making, and selling work that does not help is a short relationship.
Claims are evidenced or absent
We do not publish certifications we do not hold, response times we cannot measure, or client outcomes we cannot show you. Our Trust Centre sets out exactly what we can evidence.
Your environment is documented
We record what was configured and why, and you get a copy. It is how a colleague picks up your environment without reconstructing the reasoning, and it is what makes leaving us straightforward.
You talk to people who did the work
We are a small company. The person who understands your environment is reachable, rather than sitting behind an account manager who has to go and ask.

CYVRIX is led by its founder, a senior infrastructure and cloud engineer who has worked in IT since 2009, delivering second and third line support and infrastructure engineering across managed service, enterprise, healthcare and public sector environments in the UK and internationally. CYVRIX was set up in 2024 to do that work directly for organisations that want an engineer who knows their environment rather than a ticket queue.
When you contact CYVRIX, the person who answers is the person who understands your environment. That is the advantage a firm this size has over a consolidator's call centre, and it is deliberate rather than a stage we are trying to grow out of.
Professional certifications held personally: CompTIA Security+, CompTIA PenTest+, CompTIA Cloud+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation. Each is verifiable with the awarding body. These are individual qualifications, not company accreditations — CYVRIX LIMITED holds no company certifications.
Selected experience: Field Service Engineer, Dell and Lenovo hardware support at Getronics Limited, 2025; Network and IT Support Specialist at Rancilio International Limited, 2020 to 2022; IT Support Specialist at Clickspection Concept Limited, 2009 to 2020. End clients are not named, because those were other organisations’ customers.
