  • License to Use: You are granted a non-exclusive license to use any software or materials provided by CYVRIX during the service, strictly in accordance with the service agreement.

  • Data Protection: CYVRIX will handle all client data in compliance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
  • Client Responsibilities: You agree to keep any proprietary information shared by CYVRIX confidential and not disclose it to any unauthorized parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranty: CYVRIX provides services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • Liability Cap: CYVRIX's liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the service agreement shall be limited to the amount you paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

  • Termination by You: You may terminate your service agreement with CYVRIX at any time with written notice.
  • Termination by Us: CYVRIX reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users or CYVRIX.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
